14 days Returns & Exchange Policy

In order to provide our customers with a more assured and satisfying shopping experience, we provides customers with '14-days stocks guaranteed warranty' (Contact lenses only).

"  Contact lenses under the new condition and with the complete package can be applied within 14 days from the date of the product received (subject to the date of receipt on the courier)."

We accept return/exchange if the goods are in a new condition and are completely packaged, and the gifts are intact and will not affect the second sale.

If we received the product that applied for exchange, we offer original price in exchange for other goods or returned in the pre-paid deposit for your purchase next time.

In case of out of stock and do not want to wait for replenishment, you can choose to refund by payment (within 7-9 working days) or exchange to other products.

Oversea customer must contact the customer before applying for exchange to avoid the unnecessary charge.

  We do not accept return/exchange any product that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.

  We do not accept return/exchange any product that has been opened or used. Also any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing packaging cant accept return/exchange.

  We ship the goods before confirming the product is complete and well packed, and Pinkicon will not be responsible for the damage caused during transportation.

  You can only enjoy the exchange guarantee once per order. In order to ensure your rights, please contact us after careful consideration.

The pictures and information of the products are for reference only. Due to some factors such as shooting lights and different display color differences, the product pictures and the actual product may have a slight color difference. Thank you for your understanding.

  Pinkicon reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.

Contact lens and care products return and exchange

Our company is in a serious attitude and being responsible to the customer., we will seriously deal with the return and exchange products. If the returned contact lenses are not completely packaged, they will be disposed of by scrapping and returned to the manufacturer or the general agent to verify and destroyed by them (contact lenses and Nursing fluids have strict hygiene requirements and are not allowed to be reused.) Before the product is opened, our staff will check carefully before delivery. If there is any defect, we will return it to the supplier and require the manufacturer to deal the problem seriously to ensure that the quality of our products are good and stable.

Description of contact lens quality

  After a large scale of user surveys and receiving the feedback from the contact lenses wearing consultant of the chain store, 99% of the contact lens damage is caused by not paying attention to the lens sticking to the edge of the contact lens container and screwing the cover when putting the contact lens into it causes the lens to be damaged. Or the contact lens is damaged by the nails of the wearers when they took it off.
